· Communicating with conveyancing managers and ensuring building development projects in accordance with council planning provisions

· Making project plans including required process and managing paperwork associated with projects

· Conducting general file management, including maintaining physical files and electronic files

· Overseeing the development progress, notifying clients and other side's legal representatives of amendments of Plan of Subdivision

· Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken and reporting to clients and relevant authorities

· Preparing and reviewing submissions concerning the lodgement and registration of Plan of Subdivision in relation to the projects

· Liaising with our client's mortgagee including arranging for Discharge of Mortgage to be provided

· Checking Property Transfers documents and arranging for these to be signed by the developers

· Distributing interest earned on deposits accurately and arranging for the client's funds to be banked post settlement

· Arranging relevant settlement documentations and activities, such as corresponding with other side's legal representatives regarding a range of matters including settlement figures, cheque directions, settlement bookings, pre-settlement inspections and defects and attending to settlements
